I recall an incident which happened while I was about eight years and sitting with my father at our backyard. I asked him a question on what a career is. He observed that a career refers to the occupation one chooses to spend his or her working hours doing, the thing that one feels motivated to do. What really captured me was the concept of being able to get paid for doing just what I love doing. That day marked the beginning of my dreams to be an astronaut, a cook, among other occupations including science. It was that innate curiosity that sparked a journey that has since culminated in an undying desire to discover my destiny. That marked the beginning of my career exploration and fulfilling of my dreams.
