About the program

PepsiCo India brings “PepSheCo Sales Stars”, a first-of-its-kind Campus Competition specially crafted for female undergraduate students of the country, who are keen to explore and pursue a career in FMCG Sales.

Through this program, all candidates will get exposure to the Corporate world while pursuing their Graduation, and the shortlisted ones will get to interact with the PepsiCo Leadership team to understand what it takes to build a successful career in Sales.

In case you missed the first workshop, leaders from PepsiCo would conduct a second workshop on the 27th of April. Registered students would receive an email to attend this back-up session from Internshala.

This campaign brings you to this year’s much awaited ‘PepSheCo Sales Star’ by PepsiCo India, in collaboration with Internshala. PepSheCo Sales Star is a unique campus competition designed for female UG students to educate and empower them on Sales. Students will get to interact and learn from PepsiCo leaders in the live workshops and assessments. Not only that, the best stars of the workshop who are in their final-year would get Micro-Internship and full time opportunities at PepsiCo India.

Female UG students from all across India can register and participate in this program. However, the Micro-Internship & Full-time opportunities would be for final year students exclusively.

Yes, after the workshop(s) you can submit the workshop assessment and the best students that complete this assessment would get a certificate from PepsiCo India.

Also, the final-year female students who complete their micro-internship and submit their reports would get a certificate of internship from PepsiCo India.

Yes, you can still enroll for this exclusive program right now as all you have to do is register and attend a webinar in the month of April. After that also you will just need to complete a short-assessment by the third week of April.

If you are looking for placements, this program has full-time opportunities for female UG students that are in their final-year as well.
