Do you know why Jaipur was painted pink?
I had the most amazing trip to Jaipur recently. Did you know it's called "The Pink City" because, in 1876, Maharaja Ram Singh had most of the buildings painted pink—the color of hospitality—in preparation for a visit by Britain’s Queen Victoria? 😄
Jaipur is full of bazaars, forts, temples, palaces, and wildlife sanctuaries. The blend of religion, culture, and science in its landmarks is truly fascinating. It's like stepping into a time when history and innovation converged!
Jaipur reminded me that as designers, we have the power to tell stories and create immersive experiences. It's incredible how the past and present intertwine in this vibrant city.
